By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Go Certified, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the platform on behalf of an employer or team, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

• One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details.
• You must keep your credentials confidential and report any unauthorised use.
• We may reclaim inactive accounts after 36 months of no sign-in.

Paid plans are offered on monthly or annual terms and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan features, question volumes, and quiz limits are described at checkout and may be improved over time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and exclude taxes unless stated. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features after a grace period. All payments are handled by third-party processors under their own terms.

Practice quizzes are educational tools written independently by our content team, aligned to publicly available exam blueprints.

All questions, explanations, study guides, designs, and software on the platform are owned by Go Certified or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.

• Do not share, resell, or publish our questions or explanations.
• Do not share account credentials or use automation to access content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Do not harass other users or our support staff.

We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, or content scraping. Where practical, we notify you and give an opportunity to explain before permanent action.

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may terminate this agreement for material breach, or with 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service, in which case unused prepaid time is refunded pro rata.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that use of the platform will result in certification success.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost exam fees or lost opportunity.

You agree to indemnify Go Certified against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go Certified is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

We may amend these terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after notice; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
