Privacy Policy

Go Certified (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates GoCertifiedNow.com, a platform for Salesforce certification exam preparation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our practice quizzes, learning resources, and subscriptions, and what we do with it.

We collect information in four broad categories, described below.

You provide personal information directly when you register, subscribe, or contact support. Only your email address and a password (or a federated sign-in) are required to create an account.

• Identity data: display name and email address.
• Contact data: support correspondence and enquiry details.
• Optional profile data: target certification, experience level, study goals.

Account data includes settings, notification preferences, device and browser type, and security events such as password changes and sign-in attempts. We use it to keep your account working and to detect suspicious activity.

We record which practice questions you have attempted, when, and how long you spent on each, so we can resume sessions, calculate readiness, and recommend weaker topics for revision. This information belongs to you and can be exported or deleted on request.

Bookmarked questions, flagged explanations, and saved resources are stored against your account so they are available across your devices. Bookmarks are private to you.

Quiz scores and per-domain breakdowns are stored to power your progress dashboard and readiness indicators. Aggregate, de-identified score statistics may be used to improve question quality and difficulty calibration.

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We never receive or store full card numbers or CVV codes. We retain invoices, plan history, and the last four digits of your payment method for accounting and tax purposes.

We use a small set of cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. See the Cookie Policy for the full list and how to control them.

We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which features are used, where study sessions break down, and how pages perform. Analytics identifiers are pseudonymous and are not combined with marketing profiles.

• Provide, secure, and maintain your account and subscription.
• Generate progress tracking, readiness scores, and study recommendations.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and handle refunds.
• Send service messages, and marketing emails only where you have opted in.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and content scraping.
• Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We rely on a limited number of processors: cloud hosting, database and storage providers, payment processors, transactional email delivery, product analytics, and customer support tooling. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use data on our documented instructions.

We do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and protected with multi-factor authentication. Passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing.

• Active account data: retained while your account remains open.
• Study history: retained for 24 months after your last activity.
• Billing records: retained for up to 7 years where tax law requires.
• Deleted accounts: purged from backups within 90 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent.

Email support@gocertifiednow.com from your registered address. We respond within 30 days and never charge for reasonable requests.

Go Certified is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child has created an account, we delete it and any associated data.

We operate globally, and your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to protect it.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and the version number at the top of this page is incremented.
